Booking Policy

Season Pass Holders

  • All Season Pass Holders may book up to 10 days in advance.
  • Bookings can be made online or by calling the pro shop at 306-664-4653.
  • Only one tee time can be booked at a time, with a maximum of four golfers.
  • To maximize our tee times we ask that members do not book as twosomes. Please coordinate with other members to make a threesome or foursome

Passport Members

  • All Player’s Passport Members and General public may book 7 Days in advance
  • Bookings can be made online or by calling the pro shop at 306-664-4653.
  • Only one tee time can be booked at a time, with a maximum of four golfers.
  • You are required to book and pay for tee times in advance (either online or by phone); walk-on bookings are not permitted.
  • To maximize our tee times we do not allow twosomes.
  • If you are a twosome you will be charged for a third green fee.

General Public

  • All Player’s Passport Members and General public may book 7 Days in advance
  • Bookings can be made online or by calling the pro shop at 306-664-4653.
  • Only one tee time can be booked at a time, with a maximum of four golfers.
  • You are required to book and pay for tee times in advance (either online or by phone); walk-on bookings are not permitted.
  • To maximize our tee times we do not allow twosomes.
  • If you are a twosome you will be charged for a third green fee.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

We know plans and circumstances change at the last minute. Before booking your tee time online or by phone, please read the following Cancellation Policy.

Member Cancellation Policy:

  • The Member who made the booking is responsible to amend or cancel the reservation a minimum of 4 hours before tee off without penalty.
  • All Members who do not follow the booking policies will be subject to the following:
  1. Verbal warning
  2. Written warning
  3. Suspension of playing privileges

Passport Members and General Public Cancellation Policy:

  1. The person who made the booking is responsible to amend or cancel the reservation a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tee time.
  2. A $50.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged to the cardholder of the person who made the booking if the tee time cannot be re-sold.
  3. If a group shows up with less players than what has been booked, without amending the tee time a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tee time, a $50.00 per player cancellation fee will be applied.

Please note that some of the policies are temporary measures to maximize our tee times.

Covid 19 Golfer Guidelines

The following are guidelines that have been put into place to ensure the safety of our customers, our staff and Whitecap community members.  To ensure that our operation remains safe, friendly and functional during this new time please be advised that these are not optional rules and we will enforce strict ZERO TOLERANCE measures until further notice.   If any of these rules are not followed you may be asked to leave the property.  

  1. If you are showing signs of sickness or have been mandated to be quarantined you are not permitted to golf.
  2. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your tee time.
  3. Physical distancing mush be observed at all times, with a minimum of 2 meters away from playing partners.
  4. All players must have a tee time. No walk-on players will be permitted.
  5. Tee time are in 12 minute intervals.
  6. Flags must remain in the cup (do not touch).
  7. The cups have been modified, and the ball is considered holed when it makes contact with the insert.
  8. All rakes and ball washers have been removed from the golf course.
  9. Washroom facilities on the golf course are closed.
  10. All practice facilities including driving range and putting greens are closed.
  11. Power carts are limited to one person unless players reside in the same household.
  12. Please adhere to all directional signage.
  13. The clubhouse and all common spaces are closed except for washrooms.
  14. The washroom in the clubhouse is limited to one individual at a time. Our staff will monitor when washroom is available.
  15. Beverage carts are not operational.
  16. A limited food and beverage offering is available and can be ordered by calling the restaurant or online orders.
  17. The proshop is limited to curbside pickup only until May 19, 2020.
  18. Following your round please proceed directly to your car to avoid gatherings.
  19. Marshals will be monitoring Physical Distancing Rules on the course.
  20. Pro Shop will be open to only the group that is next on the first tee.
  21. All Leagues and tournaments have been indefinitely suspended
  22. “Playing Through” the group ahead is not permissible. Please keep your pace.
  23. Thorough sanitization of powercarts, pull carts, and touch points will happen during our daily operations.
  24. Please bring and use your own alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  25. Handshakes or high fives during or after the round is not permitted.
  26. Upon completion of your round, return powercarts, pull carts and rental clubs to designated areas and exit the property.

We are fortunate to be playing the game that we all love, therefore, we have full confidence in you and our staff to show mutual respect for one another and not compromise the health and safety of everyone at Dakota Dunes Golf Links and our community.
